The most popular stuffed treats, made by two overlapping sweet pastry biscuits with centrifuged butter produced with Piedmontese Alps milk, filled with 50% apricot jam.
Its name comes from the hole at the centre of the upper biscuit that recalls a beef eye.
Ideal for the whole family at any time of the day, great for tea time, as a dessert or with a fresh fruit juice.
HOW TO ENJOY:
- Soft WHEAT flour type "00", BUTTER from the Piedmontese Alps, sugar, potato starch, white EGG, pasteurized EGG yolk, lemon essential oil (0.05%), vanillin (0.05%), raising agents: disodium diphosphate E450, sodium hydrogen carbonate E500, WHEAT starch. Filling: Apricot jam (10%) (50% apricot puree, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, gelling agent: pectin, acidity regulator: citric acid, preservative: potassium sorbate, flavor).
