Morbidi alla Nocciola T.G.T.
“Morbidi alla Nocciola” are inspired by the traditional recipe of soft Amaretti with almonds. This product has been created in order to honour one of the most delicious raw materials of the area. Soft and tasty, they contain 70% of Tonda Gentile Trilobata hazelnut, toasted and stone ground at our workshop, in order to enhance its aroma and taste.
As the main protagonist of this recipe is hazelnut, neither flour nor fats have been added.
Ideal to enjoy as a dessert or with cream, ice cream, mousse, or as a special ingredient for Bùnet (Piedmontese chocolate pudding).
HOW TO ENJOY:
- HAZELNUTS IGP. (70%), sugar, powdered EGG white, flavorings
